  Retail Banking and Wealth Management

  Retail Banking and Wealth Management leverages HSBC’s global retail banking expertise and wealth management capabilities to deliver a broad range of world-class retail banking solutions to millions of customers. Driving for growth in key markets around the world, the business comprises areas such as retail banking, wealth management, insurance and asset management, with a focus on customer-centric propositions and innovative and efficient distribution channels that will differentiate our customer experience and deliver market leading retail banking and wealth management solutions.

  We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team in the role.

  In this role, you will:

  1.To verify and check outward remittance requests in accordance with Foreign Exchange regulations and requirements

  2.To take appropriate actions to ensure the correctness and completeness of customer’s instruction for Operation staffs’ further processing

  3.To check and sort Foreign Currency Payment and Declaration Forms, reporting Form for Overseas Remittance Receipts; To ensure and prepare daily and monthly return for supervisor’s check and forward to Compliance for consolidation and submission to SAFE on a timely basis.

  4.To handle incoming and outgoing correspondences and send out facsimiles and distribute incoming ones in order

  5.To file the department related documents in a systematic order and assist the counter Executive to update Business Recovery Plan and other paper works; To attend to the incoming telephone calls to customers’ satisfaction

  6.To back up Teller role during the staff’s absence

  To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

  1. Bachelor degree or above(recognized by the state)

  2. Solid knowledge on Retail Banking and Wealth Management operations and products

  3. Good understanding of local rules and regulations and internal guideline

  4. Strong sense of responsibility

  5. Good communication and interpersonal skill

  6. Good written and spoken English

  7. Good sales sense and selling skills

  8. Nice personality
