We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.
In this role, you will:
- To handle RMB cross border clearing and inward/outward settlement transactions through various payment channels, which are in compliance with various internal and external control procedures and regulations; To answer enquires from internal and external customer related to RMB cross-border transactions;
- To prepare reports/data on RMB cross border transactions as required by local regulators;
- To well understand and comply with relevant procedure and regulation requirements;
- To serve internal/external customers courteously and sincerely with a friendly and helpful manner;
- To complete other assignments from supervisors.
To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above
- Good communication skills and fluent written and spoken English and Mandarin
- Previous RMB/FCY operations experience is a plus
- Proactive attitude and able to work under pressure with efficiency
- Meticulous to details

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.
In this role, you will:
1.Build and maintain efficient and effective operation capacity in General Account Service process.
-To process paper reconciliation, such as verifying signature, updating CARS and filing.
-To process telephone reconciliation, such as calling customer to do CAR, answering customer queries.
-To process online reconciliation, such as downloading data and reconciliation.
-To process on-site reconciliation, such as visit customer to fetch CAR letters.
2.Improve General Account Service process efficiency and quality to satisfy both internal and external customers
-Meet team RPH and ensure the quality and performance of CAR.
-Make the best use of OOE and act on the areas for continuous CAR performance improvement.
-Take proper actions on customer complaint and assist with investigation of the root cause of complaint cases so as to work out for service enhancement in internal handling.
3.Maintain knowledge and skill level in the team
-Assist to facilitate knowledge retention and sharing within CAR team
-Assist to review CAR training materials to ensure training materials updated in a timely and consistent manner
4.Maintain HSBC internal control standards, implement and observe Group Compliance Policy and maintain awareness of operational risk and minimize the likelihood of it occurring.
-Assist to maintain and ensure due to observance of HSBC Internal Control Standards, including the timely implementation of recommendations made by internal/external auditors and external regulators.
-Assist to foster a compliance culture and implement Group Compliance Policy by managing compliance risk in liaison with the Head of Group Compliance, Regional Compliance Officer, Area Compliance Officer or Local Compliance Officer, ensuring adequate compliance resources are in place and training is provided, and optimising relations with regulators. Assist to maintain awareness of operational risk including its identification, assessment, mitigation and control, loss identification and reporting in accordance with the relevant section of the Group Operations FIM.
To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
-1-3 years experience
-General banking experience
-Good communication skill
-Fluent in spoken and written English & Chinese
