We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.
In this role, you will:
1. Be responsible for return and reporting processing (including but not limited to BoP, AML,UPRR,Monthly & Quarterly return) adhere to internal SLA and external regulators timely and with high quality
2. Learn updated external regultion and internal procedure manual timely and give alert on dialy operation to alliance with the changement and reduce operational risk
3. To handle IRTT/ORTT/FEX transactions, check transaction instruction and supporting document and ensure them compliance with internal procedures and external regulations requirement.
4. Reconcile and ensure all ORTT/FEX transactions are successfully and properly handled, ensure all cases are compliance with BOP reporting requirement.
5.To handle customer enquiries in FCY remittance-related area.
6.To register and file documents orderly and retrieve payment information upon request
7. other tasks allocated by line manager.
Qualifications
To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
• Knowledge required: remittance, return and reporting, local regulations and general knowledge of banking services
•Excellent Service Attitude skill
•Be careful and keep high quality work
•Fluent oral English/Chinese
•Good PC skill
•Good problem solving skills
•Proficiency in oral and written English
