  Retail Banking and Wealth Management

  Retail Banking and Wealth Management leverages HSBC’s global retail banking expertise and wealth management capabilities to deliver a broad range of world-class retail banking solutions to millions of customers. Driving for growth in key markets around the world, the business comprises areas such as retail banking, wealth management, insurance and asset management, with a focus on customer-centric propositions and innovative and efficient distribution channels that will differentiate our customer experience and deliver market leading retail banking and wealth management solutions.

  We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join this team in the role.

  In this role, you will:

  The job holder needs to proactively generate, follow-up and convert sales leads, and open account from the channels of X-referral and Walk-in so as to contribute to the achievement of Bank’s business strategic objectives. He/she also needs to ensure a high standard of professionalism being practiced during communication with potential customers.

  1. Support sales and service excellence by proactively providing input on customer feedback and competitor movement, actively participate in team building activities to share ideas/experience for work improvement.

  2. Provide timely activity and sales reports.

  3. Maintain and ensure due observance of HSBC Internal Control Standards, including the timely implementation of recommendations made by internal/external auditors and external regulators. who is on leave or during lunchtime.

  To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

  1. Sound knowledge of various forms of deposits, mortgage, etc.

  2. Knowledge of the constantly changing laws/regulations governing banks/finance industry, consumer trends, competitor offerings, economic and foreign currency markets

  3. Strong presentation and sales skills

  4. Objection handling techniques

  5. Good interpersonal and communication skills

  6. Customer service orientation
