　　For over 40 years, The Boeing Company (“Boeing”) and China have built, extended, and deepened their partnership to promote the growth and development of the Chinese aviation industry. In furtherance of this partnership, Boeing and Commercial Aircraft Corporation of China, Ltd. (“COMAC”) are partnering to develop a world-class facility (“Project”) in Zhoushan on Zhuijiajian Island in Zhejiang province, China.

　　四十多年以来，波音公司( “波音”)与中国建立、拓展和深化了合作伙伴关系，以推动中国航空业的发展与增长。为促进双方的合作伙伴关系，波音与中国商用飞机有限公司( “商飞”)正在中国浙江省舟山市朱家尖岛合作建设一个世界级设施(“项目”)。

　　The Project (when approved by government authorities) will have two principal components: a 737 Completion Center Joint Venture (“JV”), and a separate Boeing-owned 737 Delivery Center (“737 Delivery Center”). The JV will perform interiors installation, painting and certain repair and maintenance, delivery support and other services for 737 MAX aircraft designated for delivery by Boeing to Chinese commercial airlines and lessors who will be taking delivery of their aircraft at the site. The JV will be certificated to perform U.S. Federal Aviation Administration (“FAA”) Part 145 approved work and will become an integral part of the Boeing 737 program. When the facility is operating at full production capacity, it is expected that roughly 100 aircraft would qualify for completion and delivery each year. The JV and 737 Delivery Center will be a world class facility that will provide a customer experience consistent with Boeing’s newest facilities in the United States.

　　The 737 is the most successful aircraft in the history of aviation, and also the most delivered by Boeing. This Project is an historic milestone in Boeing and China cooperation, built on a foundation of mutual benefit and win-win with the Chinese Government, COMAC and Zhoushan.
